Your acknowledgements I have read the entire participation agreement, not only this page. I understand that baseball and pitching training carry a risk of injury, including serious injury. I accept the release of liability set out in the agreement. I authorise emergency medical treatment if my child needs it and I cannot be reached. I am the parent or legal guardian of this athlete and I am entitled to sign on their behalf. I am signing freely, and I understand this is a legal agreement.
